ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We offer several different types of items and will break them down by section.
Furniture
We ship using a few different options depending on the piece and where it is going. When you place your furniture order we will contact you to arrange shipping options. The most economical is Greyhound and may require the purchaser to pick up from the Greyhound station closest to them. Shipping prices generally range from $150-$600 depending on the item. We only ship with providers that offer insurance for the full sales price of the piece. If there is any damage in shipping it will be the responsibility of the buyer to submit a timely claim with the shipping agent. Whimsyandwood.com and Artist Jennifer Borrego are not liable for damage which occurs in shipping or after pick up from our location.
Local Pick up is always free.

Art & Decor
Our art is often made to order. All sales are final. Items are shipped priority mail and include insurance for $50 of value. Additional coverage to the full purchase price can be added on by request. In the event an item is damaged in shipping please take photos of all packaging. USPS, UPS, or other shipping vendor will require them when you submit a claim. Please also submit photos to info@whimsyandwood.com within 5 days of receipt and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancelations
Once an order is place it cannot be canceled. You can reach out to us and if the order has not been started and no supplies have been ordered then we will try to work with you.
